About Us

Hillpoint Farms Homeowner's Association, Inc. is a property owners association incorporated in the State of Virginia.  It is a planned community development of over 500 homes incorporated on November 24, 1998, under the Virginia Non-Stock Corporation Act.  The original Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions were filed in September 1999 and a Supplemental Declaration was filed in November 2009.  Both documents along with By-Laws were filed in Circuit Court in the City of Suffolk, Virginia.  These documents and the Virginia Property Owner's Act govern the Association's operations under the Board of Directors, made up of homeowners as of 2024.
